🔄 Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery


🚫 Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This includes items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes.


💳 Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
